Education
We have a purpose-built Early Childhood area for our Kindergarten and Pre-Primary students.
Our philosophy underpins how we help our youngest students grow and learn. Our students in years 1 and 2 often learn together and share our larger play environment with our older students.
Students in Kindergarten and Pre-Primary are taught all their subjects by their class teachers.
Students in year 1 and 2 access our specialist program for some of their learning.
Philosophy
Through our Early Childhood Education at Boyanup Primary School, children are nurtured in an intentional play-based learning environment. We support the development of children’s independence and provide opportunities for them to discover their world of learning.
Numeracy and Literacy are explicitly taught with high expectations of success for all students.
At our school, children learn about being respectful, being responsible and how to be caring and safe. They are important citizens within our school community.
